Professional Running
Professional running refers to a race that requires professional pre-race training to participate in, including marathons and orientation races.
Marathon: Marathon is divided into half-way race and whole-course race. The distance is 21.0975 km and 42.195 km respectively. The competitors need to go through long-distance running, and the running speed should be allocated according to their own conditions in the middle of the race. Along the way, there are supply points, medical points and mobile toilets.

Orienteering: Orienteering tournaments need to use maps and compasses to visit the various points indicated on the map and punch in the shortest time to reach all points. Orienteering is usually held in forests, suburbs and urban parks.
